You know you will be happy with your order. It is extremely rare that someone doesn’t like our work, but when that situation arises we accept returns and will refund payment for the following reasons:
- The items are materially flawed
- The quality of the decorating is below a reasonable range of expectations or misprinted/damaged/defective
Once you try our quality work we’re sure you will become a lifelong client. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
